Ikan oh Ikan............

Suatu hari jiran makcik bagi seekor ikan.....

Ikan Kerapu...

Hasil pancingan di Terengganu.....

Jauh benar tu ikang ni datang.....

Besar....2kg lebih.....

Besar juga lah masalah makcik nak bersihkan....

Tapi Besar hati ni dapat ikan free

Nah tengok macam mana makcik buat..........



Letak ikan dalam bag plastik yang cukup besar
Lapik lah sokabar...


Gunakan 'scrapper' untuk buang sisik ikan.....
pasti tak selerak sebab bag plastik tu akan elak sisik berterbangan



Gunakan gunting untuk buang 'gills' & perut.
Pisau untuk tarik perut (susah jugak tau!..bagi makcik lah)



Oh lupa.....guna berus gigi untuk cuci dalam2 tuh, 
tak payah letak ubat gigi la..:)


Potong suka hati, cuci & rendam dengan asam garam, sejat & simpan.

    Kalau saya mau hancur ikan ni saya kerjakan Mck... mmg payah...

      Hi Lee, i thought you will not visit sini lagi.....hope your pondok is ok now.
      We are doing some house renovation and semua barang including my computer is relocated/off so memang susah nak online
      Managed to pinjam hubby's iPad for a while....
      Dulu i used to clean fish the "traditional" way, tapi my tangan luka n sakit sbb in contact with those tulangs, so i use toothbrush to ease my fingers 😄😄😄😄😄 and it works

      Hi Ame, i am fine except that my computer is not :)). Will be out (without computer) for another 2 to 4 weeks depending bila my house renovation boleh complete...
