Banana cup cakes



Ingredients:

1 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp soda bicab
pinch of salt
1 cup castor sugar
1/2 cup oil2 eggs
1 cup mashed banana (~ 5 pcs pisang emas)
1 tsp vanila

Method:
- Sieve flour, soda & salt
- Whisk sugar, egg & oil till light
- Add banana and vanila
- Fold in flour.
- Spoon mixture into paper cups.
- Bake ~ 25 mins (until done)
