NEVER do last minute shopping.................
I have not done last minute shopping for a long time. Tapi semalam (kelmarin) kena juga pergi market sebab tak sempat pergi sebelum tu.
Ramainya orang........
And again, I don't fancy last minute shopping.............a lot of wasted time.............waiting
Meh share something i did yesterday.
Ate this during a visit to a friend's house.
Seaweed between kulit pohpia
I don't have a name for it.
Bahan:
Kulit pohpia
Telur putih
Seaweed (Nori sheets)
Lay pohpia skin on a tray
Brush with egg white (this act as glue)
Lay seaweed and top with another pohpia skin
Cut (i use scissors) accordingly.
Deep fry until golden brown. Strain excess oil. Leave to cool.
Keep in airtight container.
