Sweet and Crunchy................

Al kisahnya, pakcik mengidam home-made steak.

Makcik pergilah beli ribeye berserta bahan2 iringan yang lain.......

Mata terlekaat pada yang ni.........

Tengok tertulis Sweet Crunchy, rupa cam bell pepper versi kecik.

Curious.......beli.....

Seriously, cili tu MANIS! and crunchy!

Tapi adalah rasa bell pepper tu...........







Pakcik masak steak, makcik kira cam helper saja la......kupas bawang, potong parsley, rosemary, blanch asparagus, potong cili........

Oh terlupa...........juga pencacai cuci pinggan la.....

Steady la pakcik.................Siap plating 'choit-choit' pinggan lagi........

  2. Hello Makcik, WOW! Your handsome pakcik can cook! And ribeye steak! Tengok tu gambar, if its not your mention pakcik cooked it, I'll think it's from a 5 star hotel like Penang's E & O, or Singapore's Raffles hotel.
    I love his presentation, very classy, and I guess it's on a Noritake or Corning or Royal Doultan plate.

    Makcik, my compliments to your hubby! Not many men can do this. Nasi lemak, maybe. But ribeye steak, itu lain cherita.
    Makes me wonder bila he dating you, apa dia masak buat you malam tidur susa datang? Ha ha ha.
    Saya tau makan, cooking not in my resume. So I married a cook. Nasib baik ta'kawain Jepun as I don't eat sushi, ha ha ha.

      Ok lah, kita ubah itu restorant...from 5-star E & O/Raffles to Villa 97...boleh?? because, chef dekat Villa 97 no need to wear baju, apron only...with kain pelikat...hahaha

      You stay well, you pilih sendiri lah apa lagu you mau simpan dalam hati ya... :)

      Thx for dropping by. Ya my hensem inhouse chef ni pandai masak tau....another of his signature is char koay teow....nanti when he buat, i tayang lagi....
